In May of 2021, stay-at-home mom of two and wife, Blanca Nunez started experimenting with with different spicy flavor profiles to create the perfect dulces enchilados and rim dips, as they were hard to find in our local area. After months of trial and error, she perfected her flavors and we went to market with what is now her own special recipe. She continues to press forward to innovate with new ideas.
